Black Sticky Rice Dessert (Thar Khway Yain from Myeik, Tanintharyi)

As soon as you see thar khway yain, you will see the soft and tender black sticky rice with thick coconut milk. If you visit Myeik City, you should eat thar khway yain.

The ingredients that will be included in Myeit Thar Khway Yain are black sticky rice, sticky rice, coconut milk, nipa sugar, a few pandan leaves, and salt. It is a dessert that is very easy to make and very tasty. First, mix a can of black sticky rice with a third of a can of white sticky rice and rinse it with water. Then, add 5 tablespoons of nipa sugar, a teaspoon of salt, two pandan leaves about a span. Boil 500ml of coconut milk with three tablespoons of sugar and a little salt. After that, you can eat the cooked chicken rice and coconut milk together. If you want to eat a good tha khway yain with the sweet smell of rice, I would like to invite you to visit Myeik.
